1st week down!! WOOT WOOT!!!!! (Feb 28th 2017)

Hellllllllloooooooo everyone!!!!!! I made it here to England safely! I LOVE being here at the MTC it is seriously so great there is no better place to be (sorry mom and dad)

When I got here on Wednesday they got all of my stuff taken care of and I was given my nametag!!!!!! It's seriously the best feeling to have that tag on your chest! The MTC is awesome, and it looks just like what you would think England would look like! It has been super rainy and windy the past couple of days BUT the sun did come out for like 20 minutes on Friday and that was perfect. The sun was shining in through the window of the classroom and it was great I almost forgot what that felt like!
My companion is Sister Paixão. She's from Angola Africa and is such a great person. She teaches me a lot every day!! (Including Portuguese!!!!!) I'm having the time of my life! The food is great, the people here are awesome, I have made so many great friends, and the weather is pretty cool (for now).

So in my district (the group of other missionaries that I'm in class with and stuff, there's 11 of us) is way awesome! We have people from all around the world! Africa, Germany, the Philippines, China, Canada, plus a few from the US!!!! It's so cool getting to learn about all their different cultures and about where they come from! We have such a good time together and we all love learning from one another.

For p-day (today) we were allowed to go into town and shop around and stuff and that was way fun! Things are so different her but it's all really amazing. While we were out it was freezing cold and it started to like snow/rain (I'm from the desert so I have no idea what that's called if it even has a name). But that was really interesting and super cool. We passed a McDonald's and my companion got super excited because she hasn't been to one in a really long time since she lives in Africa and she says a little while after passing it "I want to become a cheeseburger!!!!" And we all cracked up laughing. I guess there was a mix-up in translation and she meant to say she wants to GET a cheeseburger! It was hilarious we were all dying it was great. Her English is really good but sometimes her little mix-ups are just too good not to share!

But yeah! That's about it... I just sit in class all day and learn which is fun because I have some really cool teachers! We get almost an hour every day to work out so just up the road is a church building that we all go to. I'm a boss at volleyball now! We get to go to the temple in a little bit with a few districts from the MTC and I'm super excited because it's Sister Paixão's first time!!!! And I get to be her escort! I'm pumped!

Love you all!! Thank you so much for all of your love and support! You are all seriously the best! I miss America and I miss all of you, but I know this is where I'm supposed to be and what I'm supposed to be doing! The church is true, God loves you, and life is meant to be enjoyed, not just endured!!!!

Have a great week! CHEERIO!!!

Travel Day or should we say Travel Delays... (February 22nd 2017)

I'm here!!!!! Long day of traveling for sure! I wasn't able to get much sleep on the plane rides but I feel great! Miss you guys but all is SO GOOD!!!!!! Pray for comfort and the Lord pours endless amounts of peace into your life! I got my name tag but haven't been able to snap a picture yet. I have met so many awesome people already and one of the sisters in my room is so great, I love her. She's going to Germany though so I won't see her after these three weeks :(
IT IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL HERE! My jaw dropped as we were leaving the airport and headed to the MTC. Big green rolling hill, over cast skies, light rain. It's chilly but good. I love it here!!!!! Seriously! It's great. I hope you all had an okay day yesterday. Know that I love you and you are in my prayers. Your letters you put in my bag were so sweet and awesome they brought tears to my eyes! P-Day is on Tuesday and we get to go to the temple every P-Day which is sick. I guess I can send this in case you want to email me something back. I don't have a ton of time but I'll try and wait

LOVE YOUUUUUUUUUU
